The Back Office Drafting Process

Once we are set up to work together, the process is plug and play to have quality documents prepared for you in 7 business days.

There is no fee to be active with us or minimum amount of work you have to send us.  We work on a per project basis.  We are designed so that you can access experienced, trained paralegals but only pay for us when you need us.

 To comply with software licensing requirements, and so that the answer files for any work we do are immediately accessible to you, you will set up a log in for us to your drafting software portal.  We will draft your client documents, in your drafting software. 

We will conduct a software setup call with you free of charge to set up (or familiarize ourselves with) your preferences and default answers.  There is nothing you need to do you prepare for this call.   will simply take us through a series of questions while sharing the screen of your software platform and create Drafting Preference Notes for your firm.

We will review your design form for efficient plan submission. We can also provide you with one if you like.

Yes, we will make your customizations and formatting preferences in your documents (if you have any.)
