These are excellent positions for an experienced estate planning professional who wishes to supplement their daytime job or work a virtual, part-time position to accommodate child care or continued school schedules. Schedules are flexible (any time day or night) but you MUST be available to work consistently and communicate availability as we have tight timelines on our work.
We are considering part-time and full-time applicants. We are looking for long-term additions to our team that can grow forward with us. We have a phenomenal team who work together to support law firms and their clients, as well as each other. A candidate must have a great work ethic, be consistent and reliable, and remain calm in the midst of changing client requirements. We are proudly dedicated to supporting our law firms and are searching for a new addition to our team who will also be passionate about helping law firms serve their clients.
We are seeking a team member to draft trusts, wills, and ancillary documents. MUST have a high level of experience in Wealth Docx OR Elder Docx drafting programs. (You MUST be proficient in at least one of these programs - but not in both. This is a MUST.) This is NOT an entry-level position.
Candidate must be familiar with creating answer files, generating documents, editing documents, and drafting custom language to accomplish specific design goals with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This team member will be responsible for proofreading estate planning documents to confirm the design details are correct in the documents. This person will be familiar with and able to confirm the accuracy of concepts such as disclaimer vs. Clayton election marital funding clauses, proper beneficiaries, proper structure of distribution pattern to beneficiaries, custom final disposition instructions, and correct predeceased distribution patterns.
Candidate ideally has 3-5 years of experience with estate planning documents and can proofread them at a conceptual and detail level. This is NOT an entry-level position.
