Payments Agreement

Payment Transactions

Your credit card or automated clearing house (ACH) information will be stored securely by our third-party payments provider Stripe. By providing your credit card or ACH information, you authorize Back Office Drafting to charge your payment method for products and services ordered. In most cases, Back Office Drafting will automatically charge your payment method upon delivery of products or services ordered.

Payment Processing and Responsibilities

The amount charged to your stored payment method will correspond to the balance due for services delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that valid and accurate payment information is maintained in your account. Failure to do so may result in service delays, late fees, or additional charges imposed by your financial institution. Back Office Drafting shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to delays in processing payments or failure to provide accurate payment information.

Changes to Terms

These terms do not in any way terminate, amend or modify other terms, agreements or policies that apply to your relationship with Back Office Drafting. Back Office Drafting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes may be provided via invoice, email, or other communication methods.
